I made new NPCs for the Usual and heroic difficulty of insta, deleted the NPCs in the usual complexity, put the corresponding npc in their place (the NPC has a dif_1 id of the npc for the heroic mode) in the heroic mode, no new ones appeared, and the old ones (which were deleted in the usual complexity) disappeared
