no, mtl is not a wow file, you need to edit the m2 to change the textures (if they are hardcoded) or the DBC if they're dbc related

i think that is directing to the model the blps usually further down that screenshot was near the top

I think the website from sweetscape is having some problems, it took long to load for me the last few days, but that's the place to get the last version of the template from Alastor
