I should mention though that I have my own lights set up in the dbc for my map, and I set light.dbc to have the same param ID throughout, for both clear and storm weathers. I attached an image of the same place as before without rain and sharing the same params with rain.

If both clear and storm weathers share the same light params, and fog clouds still appear when it's raining anyways, could this mean that the rain fog isn't the same fog in light params?

if both clear and storm use the same param then it's something else probably built in the weather system yes, weather.dbc has some settings

It does seem like weather fog is generated separately. I was only able to alter the actual rain in weather.dbc, such as its color or changing it to snow/sand, while the fog remained. I'll keep at it though. I appreciate your help <@213383518842126336>
