I think with spellscript or aura script could probably make it work if there is no way in the dbc

it may actually apply different version of sunder with and without glyph so one being capped at 5 and another at 5+n

Dummy aura with proc flags being your spell of choice and then hardcode it with a spellscript. Spellscripts for whatever reason can set the stack amount higher than the limit in the dbcs and you can state a soft cap in the code by rank, basepoints, whatever plus 5.

its not possible to mod stacks, misc value 4 is charges on positive buff spells.
