I really like that they made no PTR for SoD but i'm afraid that wouldn't work for retail.. Even with the PTR the balancing is sometimes pretty off and a lot of bugs happen

in recent years it often looks like they dont even attempt to balance something for example D4 got update which adds item which requires so much experience to max out that its not physically possible to do it before it will be deleted....im not sure what to think about it we could guess that their idea is completely different from what players expect but i feel like its more about "this is new feature assign it to dev put in least amount of time necessary and release it"

10.2.5 PTR has largely been broken and they didn't seem to care a ton so maybe they're internally testing more whonose
