I almost got cancer when using the blizzard client to install classic, that piece of garbage froze and wouldn't resume download, had to entirely nuke it

I don't mind classic or the technical aspect of the new clients, I just hate the game that wow is now <:gigachad:1115251704020086805>

from my POV 3.3.5 tools are still very far for complete and are probably still missing 80% of the wow edit features blizz had at the time, so should focus on having complete tooling for an expansion before strting work on new ones

I think there's a bunch of different options, focusing on polishing novus and making it feature complete and having nice wow<>novus conversion is definitely an option

Titi even based on our conversation recently about itemization it seems like there's a lot you're unawares of with the more modern WoW. Maybe you tried BFA and SL - but to be dead serious with you - those were probably the worst expansions *ever*. Just my personal opinion though. In terms of WoW Modding, I love the graphics and the professions and the new flying mechanics. The story and the lore are a whole other different conversation. Old WoW will *always* be better - because it was based in a story that they took their time to develop and with characters they took time to develop. I will be surprised to see the day they make a plot the likes of Arthas once again. As for gameplay systems? That's preference at this point. Talent trees are back - raids and dungeons are harder than they've ever been. When you break it all down - it's easier to digest I think.
