i dont know how packets work so im asking in case there is something like buffer on either side which would send it as batch after some time

It has a maximum packet size (fyi if you want to send a big one) but i think it doesn't delay sending messages

delay as in seconds, no. your only delay minus sending duration will be your parse and application of data
