light.dbc holds light param entries. id are as follows: normal weather, normal weather under water, rain, rain under water, death, unk, unk, unk.
Fog distance is value in LightFloatBand.dbc.
You get to it by LightParamId\*6-5, so for example for id 100 it would be 100\*6-5 (595) in LightFloatBand.dbc.
The value there is the ingame value times 36. So if you want 1 adt vision until fog starts you set it to 533.333 * 36.
