u dont add addons to server u add them to client and just do it

that would be in the interface folder right? it wont show ingame when i do that

Ensure you’ve extracted it right. Should be a folder with a .toc file inside it. And check client version of the addon.

When making a spell in the spelleditor, how would I go about making a spell scale with level to the point I really don't ever have to make ranks for it
