and if you want to know how i did it WITHOUT dbc editing, heres how.
i basicly added the skin texture and the wing texture as Bombay01.blp and Bombay02.blp, and that worked for me. creds to Zer0 for his felbat taxi to undead gryph model edit, because thats what gave me the idea
