Quote: its not client side, test it by putting on cheat engines speedhacks, the bar goes up fast but you have to wait the amount of time still.

Quote: editing the game files will not get rid of cooldowns. here is how you can test that. (I KNOW THAT CE DOES NOT EDIT GAME FILES, BUT THIS TEST WILL PROVE THAT IT IS SERVER-SIDE)
turn on ce speed hack.
slow down your game as slow as you can go(so u have more time to scan).
cast a spell that takes time.
search unknown.
search has decreased.
keep doing has decreased until the casting bar is gone
cast same speel again
search has increased
search has decreased
turn the game speed back to normal
keep doing that until you get a reasonable amount of adresses
freeze them all and wallah the casting bar will move really fast but you will not be able to attack super fast.

Quote: it was a suggestion i dont have any details besides that a .dll is a data link library meaning if you are in the game other instances wont be loaded onto your RAM but when you load the instance it puts the instance onto you RAM just like people IN game that you never saw before during that session will load onto your screen. also when you leave the world other things become inactive and the like and not bite into your RAM.
SS thing was a misconseption but be warned warden does read the .dll's

but since now having any thing in your data folder not meant to be there will get you banned i suggest try on an emu first
