Does anyh1 know if Keira has a discord? Everytime i try to edit a certain quest and now create a quest it freezes

hi there i downported highmountain skybox to vanilla to replace the stars skybox but it fades out after ~5 mins and then back in after ~10 mins i know vanilla is not popular to mod but would anyone happen to know what i'm doing wrong even if it's just the m2 phasing itself in and out

is it possible to rotate those lines ? when i try `SetRotation` it breaks texture
