Yeah it's basically just the entire texture animation all at once, where it should be some sort of flowing glowy effect, I would guess

it's supposed to be like a black smokey effect on the wings but i will try fixing the animation

If it does fix the animation, but it's still white (and it's not supposed to be white), then you would also want to look into the textures on the .m2 and ensure that you have all of the textures in the correct locations
