I did tinker with them, but nothing really seems the fix the weird shading

one thing that comes to mind, mark sharp edges then try this

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried the way you suggested, but the weird shading presist. At this point I don't know what's causing it. Looks great in Character Select, but ingame shading bugs
