that might be hard to find. in most cases, looking at the closest blizzlike spells as well as how their effects are handled in core will act as a wiki

it seems like it uses the misc value to lookup a specific entry in SpellItemEnchantment which itself has effects and other parameters, and duration is hardcoded serverside determined by specific spell id, families and visual, default being 1 hour

to me it seems like the TC has taken a shortcut by using those instead of base points for duration
