As tester said, it's just a BLP on the geoset of the model. There are BLP's of every background/border/emblem permutation located in `textures/guildemblems/`
All Guild tabard textures have a `tl` torso lower and `tu` torso upper BLP.
Backgrounds have one index `00` in the filename, denoting the color.
Borders have two indexes in the filename like `00_00` and `00_00` denoting `style_color`
Emblems have two indexes in the filename same as borders, also denoting `style_color`
