Has anyone got m2mod working I keep getting this error even though they are in the same folder.

Never seen the skin error but i get plenty of errors on m2mod that are seemlessly random and not actually a problem with the location of files

I was going to try m2mod because I am getting errors trying to convert some models. Not really sure how to fix it so it doesn't give an error converting.
