However, I also downloaded something which changes the Night Elf Druid Bear into the T-Rex, but the problem is that is also called speech2.mpq, and if I rename one of them they don't work.
So I was wondering if anyone knew how I can have both of them at the same time, because I really want to keep my Blood Elves but I also want a T-Rex Druid Form

You could always use My Warcraft Studio to extract from one and apply to the other. or you can just wait till some feels sorry for you and does it for you...from scratch...
