As for display ids, you can check ItemDisplayInfo.dbc for displayid -> model path

So you really just need to find a helm with the same base proprties such as the armor you want ("Cloth", "Leather", etc) and then you can find the right display id that you want by browsing other items or the dbc for a model specific displayid
