I haven't done any wow modding or DBC work for a long time except maybe some minor changes on 2.4.3, last major stuff I did involving dbc's was back in 2017, the stuff you guys have been showing off recently is wild

The solution I provided works, it's within the core yes. Maybe not BEST practices in 2023 but he didn't ask for it.
Nobody should be refrained from posting a solution to a problem because just because there might be a better one.
There's always multiple ways to solve a problem.
