I suppose it would be possible. Vehicles can have multiple seats and there can be NPCs, such as with Traveler's Tundra Mammoth

Yes but in Mammoth's case, there's a main creature acting as a vehicle for both players and other creatures... I was curious if the player itself can be somehow the vehicle for another creature

afaik, all vehicles are NPCs controlled or not controlled by the player. I can't think of a case when the player was the vehicle itself.

Depends if you need the full vehicle functionality. You can attach a m2 to a player with a Spell
