I recently edited night elf males so that when they don't have facial hair, they retain their eyebrows. However I wanted to add a few extra options for eyebrows without facial hair, and the options weren't available in-game to select.
Novice question but what would need to be done to make the new facial hair options available to view in character creation?

depends on what exactly you already done
but basically needs proper mesh separations and dbc edits

No model edits. What I did was take an existing facial hair option, edit it in the facial hair DBC for night elves, and swap the brows for clean shaven for one of the brows attached to the other facial hair options.
What I'm trying to do is add extra options. Night elf males have 6 facial hair options, and I'm trying to add 2 more which are identical to clean shaven but have different eyebrows taken from the other facial hair options.
However, I'm not sure how to make those available in the game client when customizing a character. When I was testing it, it only allowed me to use the original 6 options.
