Awhile ago I tried to backport TP and BFG and I only partially did it and then gutted it. I left something in somewhere and if I am level 10-60 the Battleground Qmaster won't let me Q because I am out of level range. If i am 61 I can Q. If i have the window open at 61 and I de-level 1 I can Queue. Where did I make a mistake at?

Having issues trying to change the max skill for a profession. So let's say i learned 3273 the first apprentice first aid skill. It goes from 1 to 75 . Where can i change the 75 to a different number. I have tried changing skilltier.dbc to value 1 being a different number. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks
