Just had a look at this and seems like it gets me there half the way. Reason is that I would "manually" need to design a good ~500 models and then use the tool to convert them. Any chance you also know a tool for generating a texture based of the face, hair, hair color properties & equipment?

don't think that exists but it is technically possible
