Any insight here would be greatly apprecaited. I have 1 spell thats channeling when interacted with a gameobject for 30 seconds. Every 3seconds I have it trigger a spell that creates an item. I am trying to setup a way to proc that new item being created meaning I want it to sometimes create it and sometimes don't. I have tried using the proc charges and chances in effects 1 however I can't get it to work (the proccing) no matter what option I try any different way. IS there something else I need to be looking at or doing it a different way?

You could always script the spell in the core. A spell like that should not be too hard to script

U could also script the game object it self too to perhaps acomplish it. Might even be possible with SmartAI
