is it possible to have same aoe spell "mechanic" as in newer version that there is some indicator of where spell is going to hit/land ? i guess i would have to have 2 spells 1 with indicator visual and then actual spell and first cast one and then second ?

That would seem like a model attachment point, defined in the .m2 file, so without it its probably is inside the model, or just doesn't show up. I might be wrong, but that seems to be the first thing that comes to mind.

robinsch showed something like this not too long ago iirc, unless u mean the swirlies that appear on retail pre-spell hit then thats a bit different

that im pretty sure i can do with making channeling spell which will trigger 1 effect at start and another at end but for swirlies im not sure
