don't think it's a universal hard lock, but the 3.3.5 client is very inefficient for modern standards

some have found mild success using the dx12 wrapper, but it's more situational

Why would you need any higher? Your monitor almost certainly cannot render that

i mean in past i was able to reach something like 250 but now i barely reach 200 (im running in vm but it has dedicated hardware so thats probably not it) so im wondering if there is some unlock or some optimization possible

You won't see any difference between 200 and 250. A standard monitor is 60hz

i know but if it would have effect on raid fight and i could have 40 instead of 30 that is something
