alright so effectitemtype is a 64bit bitmask (more than 32 in spell_affect) every bit correlates to a class ability as in your posted gdocument. Accordingly what you input is the decimal value of the bitmask you want.

so the class of ability (multiple ranks of charge for example) are grouped by their spellfamilyflag entries (which again is a decimal repreaentation of the bitmask)

1.12 is a special case though the 64bit value in db is a hackfix by blizzard and emulators, in later client there's 3 32bit fields and you don't add them together, they are compared separately with their matching field
