I know in the world config you can set your weapon skills to always be max for the level you are currently at.

I opened it up on Spell Editor and I saw the dummy aura that you mentioned earlier was on spell_sha_item_t10_elemental_2p_bonus. As for where I can find where this is stored I can hopefully be able to replicate the process.

not sure about this specific case but it's most likely applied through the set bonus from the item set and then it's just an aura on the player

Well I’m trying to see ways I can make a different combat skill in the game and because it essentially procs on each hit (weapon proficiency) I was gonna make that my combat skills for my project, more like the experience for it. Like example. In rs a cgoblin has 5 health, 5 health - 20 combat experience. So I was gonna try and figure out a good formula to have each weapon swing grant 4 “levels”, but really it would be experience. And then for combat level, I was gonna use a formula where every 3 combat levels worth of experience comes out to 1 level inside the wow game. If that makes sense, it probably doesn’t cause I’m mobile texting explaining. I feel like it’s my best route to go to have attack strength and defense levels inside wow
Or I just stop over thinking it and keep the wow style combat, just remove a lot of the talents and abilities and just modify the leveling/experience
