functionality-wise it doesn't really matter if you know the lower ranks or not, so eh

and charge would be an issue persay, but bc they share the same category timer, you cant do 3 charges, making that possible issue null

true, but otherwise Im thinking it could actually be hardcoded in the exe, since the previous ranks being unlearnt ruled out the notion that it cannot be client side

Still doesnt answer why my rage cost heal showed up multiple ranks, lol i guess maybe it bugged out the clauses
