yes, i have a melee ability that costs mana and i can see all ranks, i have a rage cost heal and can see all ranks

yes, after changing is ability flag, un reset spells and relearned, no change

but having some spells still use mana made them show ranks in spellbook, while edited volley was already showing last possible rank only
