Yeah it works because speed for the leap is the same as for the trigger. Which is not the case for charge.

It might also work for Blink since you could also apply the same technique. The speed might just be a little bit off when your trigger executed because the dest can change (due to you using Blink on uneven surface).

that heroic leap trigger implementation is pretty neat, there might be a way to do it by just doing the target enemy unit, but it wouldnt line up if the charge has to take any detours
