What this file does is it removes the kings room in IF, so first go to the kings room entrance with the file in, when you look to the right of the void you should see a crystal roof, just jump towards that, but don't use slowfall or you might fall into the lava.
FUN TIP!: If you see a guard in Old IF with this file in, /wave at them (if your alliance) and watch them fly.
