Its not all the time, but sometimes, .po cause memory leak

So im having an issue with a spell creation. These 3 spells share a category cooldown. Which works it does share the cooldown but as you can see in this image if i teleport or relog the cooldown on the other 2 do not show up on the icon. "They are still on cooldown and are not castable" It seems to be a visual issue.. I can't seem to figure out why its doing this. Any ideas? If you need a better example of what is happening i can record it and post a demo of whats going on.
