for anyone searching for this in the future, this is some of the most ridiculous set of flags i've ever had to set for a spell:

- Spell.dbc `SHEATHE_UNCHANGED` must be set
- SpellVisual.dbc `HasMissile` column must be 1
- SpellVisual.dbc `MissileModel` column must be -1
- To hide missile, i think it's enough for the spell itself to just not have a missile id set
- In PrecastKit, use normal Animation field with no flags set
