For such kind of actions where I add new entries for CharSections etc., is it mandatory to sync these DBCs with server?

Because trying to do so was causing my character turning into goblin and other weird stuff...

is there actually a way to force melee unsheathe during precast? only spell i can think of that does that is steady shot, but that's ranged and has no interesting flags in the normal dbcs
