games are made using engine (unreal unity etc) when its done its compiled into finished game (client (some engines can create also server)) and client is shipped to players if u dont have that version of engine u can no longer produce that version of game

pretty sure they have everything and they could replicate vanilla 1:1 if they wanted to but evidently nobody cares since people keep subscribing even if they are upset

when making classic as idea went public i remember them saying they dont have enough to just make it happen maybe they lied but i would believe it

i mentioned unreal and unity just so he can imagine something yes wow is its own engine but its still engine if u dont have it u are like all of us in this community and u can only reverse engineer things
