Yep. If the map has fewer than 64x64 ADTs, you can double click on the edit map grid thingy on Noggit to create them

oh thanks! last question for now is there a way to add water tiles but have them auto match the existing water, in the case of adding water to eastern kingdoms instead of having to try and get it as accurate as possible by eye

There is a constant height option/hotkey somewhere, but I can't remember how to access it
