but yeah, the whole taxi thing i really unintuitive since you don't ever formally attach it to a flightmaster or anything, they just grab the nearest point and once everything works it just works

what you _can_ do is try feeding your points into tswow and just use the output dbcs in your own server, or compare the output and flags and all that. a bit of setup but might be useful for checking how things are supposed to work in general
