In case you're on TC there's a system you can add into your core which allows you tondress the NPCs directly in DB

Dont know how are you converting those files thru m2redux that you damaged this model in this way but there is no use in repairing a vertex being out of his vertex group painted to a bone it belongs too

I gave all the info I got. The issue is the same process worked for other player models, but for human female it produces thid.
