I'd look into the spell_proc loading as well as any additional definitions for hardcoded spell families outside of the main definitions file

TrinityCore sometimes has sets of data that are separate from the main definitions, for some reason

AC is newer than TC, that's the main reason, but it's also an offshoot of TC so it should be very similar in most cases
