"Would totems and/or fiery weapon enchant procs benefit from bonus fire damage?"
Guardian/pet stuff can be really weird. Best way to check this is to jack up the number and just try it in-game. If you want to increase a totem effect there should be a classmask on the totem spell itself you can use a spell aura 108 with.
For the weapon enchant proc, this aura will work fine.
