I tried to convert first to .bvh format, which is opened by Blender, in order to export to fbx for example. But I couldn't find a converter for bvh

Where do spells like Shield Slam and Shield of Righteousness draw the bonus damage from block value from? Can't seem to find a spell script that is attached to it atm nor is there a spell_effect or flag for it
