they can swap tilesets, change texture stretching, create holes, swap groundeffects, remove clientside assets, spawn both m2 and wmo gameobjects, swap skyboxes etc.

basically a lot of stuff aside from changing heights, vertex paint and new texturing

but that will be different when SL comes out? not sure, Azarchius showed a bunch of stuff in the show your work channels

Yeah I hope I can get away with cata doing this. I don't really see any new feature being added, other than minor things and the split files ofc

no, you'd have to use mop to have the new texture stuff
