I don't think there are any spells that actually do that in WOTLK (from memory), but I do know there are spells which share their damage based on the amount of targets. Something to look into maybe?

That's handled via the SQL on spell_custom_attr, value 8 ( @SPELL_ATTR0_CU_SHARE_DAMAGE ). I tested it with some abilities with it but not my intended result. Currently setting up two spells (A and B). A is target capped at 5 and procs spell B onto those targets. Spell B deals damage and is flagged on the SQL-end to divide evenly (it does a 5yd aoe splash on each). My only concern so far is that combat logs are going to look god awful if this means 25 instances of damage on 5 targets. Maybe having it as a unique aura can 'fix' the potential log overkill, tbd.
