At this point I compile a ton of gameplay functions myself. But all of this requires a decent understanding of various cs topics, reverse engineering, x86 and so much more that it is impossible to wrap this information into a „tutorial“.

I assumed you did it all through Ida. So you confirmed that patching the exe to use updated integer types hasn't been done yet though (that I know of)

I use different tools, not limited to ida. You could also patch the instructions with IDA / ghidra / 010 <:kek:868839618898960414> but I don't know how good the results are.

I'm with Titi, trading a 'tangible' currency instead of ethereal 'coins' which magically transform from copper to silver to gold is actually more interesting to me.
