Is it done in spell editor, world DB file, or something else?

Also here in the Spelleditor, but this only increases the damage scaling with the corrosponding spell type I think so if its Fire its Fire SP, if its Physical it's AP scaling. not 100% sure how it works tbh

Spell_bonus_data is mainly used for stat scaling on spells if you want AP scaling os a fire spell for example

I suggest you to use the table spell_bonus_data, easier to maintain, also when you edit it, you can do .reload spell_bonus_data no need to restart
