I don’t know anyone who has launched / manages an AC project lately so can’t directly ask them.
But I know bunches of people using TC as a base and getting through betas etc fine us included.

Everlook is built on the godlike vMangos and crashes 10 times a day. The core itself is no where near as important as who is messing with it.
