Made a heroic strat and manually duplicated and changed all the relevant creature_template and creature table entries. It’s working great but was tedious and I was wondering if that’s the sort of thing I’d be able to speed up using an SQL query?

You could certainly use an SQL Query to make all or most of the database changes needed in one Query using variables you could make it quite trivial to change what map is being duplicated to what difficulty id
