i think best will be if i find place (if such exists) where it would trigger only once when player attacks npc for first time

Well it's only 1 param, it's BG index, 1 is RandomBG, above it's BattlegroundIDs (up to #GetNumBattlegroundTypes() ) so it's tagging specific. But it doesn't influence it's it's BG or Arena.
